Step 1: Tap on Quest NPC and tap on Star Icon to accept Quest (As shown below)
Step 2: After you have accepted Quest, you need to go to kill Forest Spiders at Shirtbourne Forest to get Spider leg x5 (As shown in map, in the Red Circle Area)
Step 3: After you have obtained Spider leg x5, submit quest to NPC to get Minor Ring of Health. It increases your health regeneration rate.
*TIP*
Be very careful of the Disturbed Slimes as their hitting range is very far. I suggest that you sneak from the back trees to loot the Treasure Chest. Try to avoid them at all cost as they like to attack in a group and you will be overwhelmed by their numbers and die. Then you would have to walk all the way over again.
